As I mentioned in one of Maka's threads, I have a clot in my leg. It's not as painful as it was months earlier, but it does slow me down a bit and with the cold weather, the pain has increased. Because of this it's painful to sit in a chair for long periods of time, so I haven't been able to be as active on Rattus as I would like. But thanks to Maka and Mourge the site has been taken care of beautifully.
Friday I do go in to see the specialist about removal of the scar tissue that has been left behind in the vein were the clot has healed. If we decide to remove the scar tissue, I'll be absent for a few weeks. The procedure is simple enough, but healing time may vary, especially if they keep me on the meds I'm currently on.
Along with these issues, I've been preparing to move cross country. So I've been busy with packing and making sure all the pets are up to date on their shots and vet care. The move wont take as long as it will for me to recover, but I hope to be more active between the two events to update the site and to finish a new skin I've been slowly working on.
I'd also like to thank everyone that has been checking in with Rattus and been faithful through the Holidays.
