Okay, the purpose of this thread is so we can share our pets. I'm going to allow images to stretch this thread, as I know it's a pain to re-size images and keep everything looking clean.

Sooo here are my beasties!

Jynxi aka Jynxi Pop aka Jynxi Bell. She's a Beagle X Pit Bull mix.

This is Jynxi as a baby. She's teensy tiny in this pic and decided that my nephew's carseat would look better with her in it.

Judas aka Juju aka Judy. He's an Aussie Shep X Blue Heeler mix. Or also known as a Texas Heeler.

Judas all grown up. I love his eyes, but the camera did the whole red-eye thing. Which makes him look a tad evil. Interesting fact: His eyeshine is red instead of that greenish color.

Loki aka Loka Doke. A purebred American Pit Bull Terrier.


Loki, the day he was born with his breeder. I actually adopted him the same day he was born, but of course he couldn't come home until he was 8 weeks.

His first day home. He tinkled on the pillow x.x


Loki a few weeks ago. He's still wrinkly and has some loose skin. He's four months old in that pic and already weighs as much as Jynxi. Jynxi and Loki actually have the same father. Jynxi was an Uh-Oh litter.

Griz aka Grizmo aka Grizzy Wizzy. Griz is one of Jynxi & Judas' babies.

Zero & Piper. Zero is a Black American Short Haired and Piper is a Calico/Tabby

Zero came to us from a farm. She's a rescue.

Piper adopted us when she was a baby. She showed up on the front porch and Jynxi wouldn't come inside without her.

Dexter aka Dex aka Dexie. He's a purebred Chihuahua. He's my boyfriend's dog.

FELINES!
My three kitties are all strays we picked up off the streets (we used to have two others, both strays, but we recently had to put them down due to illnesses </3). My black cat, Smokette aka Smo is 15 years old (only two years younger than me!) and has been with me most of my life. She's a silly, loving old girl who loves her milk and loads of attention in the morning. She's actually from just around the corner when our neighbors cat had kittens they gave us one <3




Rascal is my...well he's around 6 or 7, I think, but he was found at my friend's church. I know his name is sooo original, but it seems to fit him and my friend named him since she found him, haha. But I just call him Kitten 'cos he can't mew louder than a week old kit anyway XD He can't fight worth crap (and always comes home with bloody scratches and stuff D:) but he is like ALMIGHTY HUNTER and leaves me dead lizards and birds almost every morning ;_; I love him to death but I can do without the giant moths as presents o.o

And in memory of our 10 year feral cat companion, G.C. (Garage Cat) who 10 years ago wandered into our garage one winter looking for food. For about 5 of those years you couldn't go near him or pet him, but after we captured him (cat traps ftw xD) and got him fixed and spent time getting him to trust us, he became a hilarious indoor cat after spending the majority of his life outdoors and followed Smo around EVERYWHERE she went. He had cancer so we had to put him down recently, and I still miss his silly stalkercat antics </3 I believe he was only a few years younger than Smo.

I don't have any of our fourth cat, Notch on this computer </3 He wasn't with us for long, because he had FIV and became very ill after a matter of months of us taking him in. D:

Our fifth and most recent addition to the family is Gatsby Goldsteinburgfinklefarb, a year or so old white tabby who wandered into our garage and refused to leave XD We think he's related to G.C. (srsly, he's got the same massive paws with weird, long toes that extend out at weird angles). He's been with us for about a month, I think. But I don't have good quality pictures of him 'cos my camera's broken e.e





Cassie! Is my 9 year old puppy <3 Lab x Bloodhound x German Shepherd mix from the Humane Society. She's definitly a hound dog - both in looks (floopy face and rolls of skin around her neck haha) who absolutely LOVES swimming and running along beaches. She's best friends with Rascal and they hunt and romp together in the backyard <3 IF YOU CAN BELIEVE IT! Her face used to be COMPLETELY black XD She looked like a totally different dog. In the future I'll scan a picture or two in to show you the change c:

^ That's Jackmo. Or Jackie. Or Fuzznut. He's a purebred Chihuahua who we got from a girl I went to school with. Raised by Russian Jews, he knows a lot of tricks, but we don't know how to say them D: He came to us intact and with a hernia; they ran a puppy mill of sorts, and he wasn't 'breeding stock' so they wanted to get rid of him. Only one testicle dropped and the other....vanished into his leg, earning him the nickname One Nut Wonder at the vet's office. He is massive. His sister was about, what? 4? 5 pounds? He's almost 30 pounds.

He's also a grumpy sort of fellow. Fat and irritable, but very cuddly so long as you don't move. I think he's almost 6 now?



This is Darwin the Wondercat. Nicknamed 'May' for 'Mayhem'. This is the first day we got her; a tiny little fluff ball with attitude. She'd play and romp for a good ten minutes and then promptly pass out where ever she damn well pleased. Most of the time, that was on the computer or the keyboard. We used to call her Keyboard Cat.





^ If you look close, you can see the mohawk her fur used to make. She has since grown into her fuzz.

As she's gotten bigger, Darwin has gotten more violent. Much, much, much more violent. She likes to toy with people. Some of her favorite games include 'Toe Shark' and 'Death From Above'. When going up or down the stairs, one has to be on alert; she either drops down on your shoulders and attacks your head or tries to trip you by running up and down the stairs beneath you like a maniac.

The following photos are from about two months ago. She's about 4 months old here. You can see how quickly things deteriorate from her being cute to complete insanity.







Don't ever try to take her pink string from her. Ever.

Not much has changed as of late. She's around 6 months old now and growing like a weed. She eats like a horse and she's already gone through her first heat cycle; time to get her spayed!



Taken I think two weeks ago?

I also have six rabbits.

We started out with just two; My rabbit Hooligan, and my youngest sister's rabbit Snuggles.

Polar opposites they are.

Hooligan was almost named Rasputin, for good reasons.

Snuggles is the fattest, softest, and most gentle rabbit I have ever met.

My sister let them romp unsupervised not once, but twice. Resulting in two separate litters. The first litter produced two over sized kits, which were born stillborn. Probably suffocated in the birth canal. They are buried in our back yard, given an unmarked grave that everyone knows is there simply because it left a giant hole in the ground.

The second litter produced four healthy kits. One buck and three does. All three of the does are self coloured, and the only buck is a sooty fawn or something.


^ Looking terrified as ever is the only buck, named after my (female) friend Momo. He is bigger than both his mother and his father. But, he's a complete wuss. The biggest scaredy cat I have ever met in a rabbit.


^ The runt of the litter. Her name is Chelsey, but we didn't know it was a doe for a while. So before her name was Kyle, upon request of my little sister. She's really shy as well, but very sweet natured.


^ Tinkerbelle; stealer of hearts. She is a magnificent mix of both of her parents. Sweet and curious like Snuggles, outgoing and unafraid like Satan Spawn. Never bites, never scratches, never kicks. Quite content to sit in your lap and be patted or to romp around the yard. Everyone loves her~


^ Sgt. Pepper. Takes after her father. Her fur isn't nearly as black as her shriveled little heart. She is irritable and aggressive; more vocal and daring than her father, she will lunge at you through the cage until you leave or stop looking at her.


^ Just a random cute image a few weeks ago. We have an outdoor pen for the bunnies to run around in when its nice out. Chelsey was piled in there on top of them, forming a bunny triad of sorts. But she hopped off when I left to get the camera. One of the few photos of Pepper were she isn't trying to eat the photographer seconds after.
